By far the worst shipping department I have ever dealt with. Etrailer has an warehouse 2 hours from my house. I ordered a part for my trailer & it took them 2 weeks to send it to the shipping company. Then the shipping company was going to wait at least another week to ship it to me. Mind you I begged to just pick up the item myself, but was refused. Told them I would pay them to just let me pick it up at their dock or let me get a shipping company to stop and pick the part up, they refused. The company then shipped it to a company that is literally directly south of my house for 3 hours. They had to have driven right past my home. I have to drive several hours south to pick up the extremely late part myself from the shipping companies warehouse. This cost me 3 weeks of my life waiting that I will never get back
