Spent $100 and received a eyebrow pencil and under eye concealer that is totally the wrong color! They say how easy it is to exchange their products but that IS NOT TRUE! I used a egift card and THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE any products if you paid by egift! Now I'm stuck with $100 worth of makeup that I can't use! I've NEVER heard of such a policy and have NEVER been so disappointed with a company before! They are not a member of the BBB either!
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase ANY of their products using a egift card! They WILL NOT EXCHANGE their products and don't even ask about any type of refund!

Under eye concealer. Eyebrow pencil. Lip gloss.
I tried using the code you sent me in the mail with my last order and it wouldn't let me use it. I am extremely upset because the coupon is why I started shopping this website for my Valentine's day gift to begin with. I spoke to someone named Felicia and she was no help. She said I couldn't stack coupons. I only tried using 1 coupon and it said it was expired but on my coupon voucher it gives no expiration date!
Because I was using a coupon I received in the mail with my last order.
They are for my Valentine's day gift.
