I was ordering a 89.99 special from a TV ad on 12/12/23. This special was for four steaks, four pork chops, four hamburgers, 4 desserts and a seasoning pack. By mistake I clicked on a screen that was for Rib eye steak. I thought it was an option of the special. It was not. It was for only 4 steaks. I called the customer service dept and talked to a representative. She told me there was nothing that could be done because I had placed the order on line. The three items I thought I had ordered were three Christmas gifts. My family did not receive the gifts I had meant for them. I'm very unhappy with Omaha Steaks.
