I was ordering a 89.99 special from a TV ad on 12/12/23. This special was for four steaks, four pork chops, four hamburgers, 4 desserts and a seasoning pack. By mistake I clicked on a screen that was for Rib eye steak. I thought it was an option of the special. It was not. It was for only 4 steaks. I called the customer service dept and talked to a representative. She told me there was nothing that could be done because I had placed the order on line. The three items I thought I had ordered were three Christmas gifts. My family did not receive the gifts I had meant for them. I'm very unhappy with Omaha Steaks.

Products used:
One order of steaks that was delivered to my son had been opened and the steaks were thawed and had to discarded. We reported to Omaha Steaks. We were told that we would receive a replacement but it has been almost two weeks and we haven’t received the replacement.
