I purchased 4 charging iPhone cords. 2 did not work after a few weeks and the other 2 I never opened. I contacted customer service through email, the only way to contact them. They emailed me back and asked for a picture of the cord while the phone charged. After this request they never answered any of my follow up emails. Do not buy from this company! Note the company goes under the name Shop Cool Tools. There is a legitimate company in the USA called Cool Tools.

Horrible overseas customer service who only offer standard responses. Shipping delivery dates are extremely late. Thanks to this company I will be shipping my holiday cards after Christmas. I will never order from this company again. Spread the word.
