Hello. The item was listed as "untested, functionality unknown" and the pictures show visible scratches. As per our return policy, there is no discrepancy with the listing, and we are not able to issue a refund.

Next time submit a picture of the back of the disc you the consumer had an accurate idea of what they are purchasing
