Dell has to have one of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. None of their reps know anything. You call their main line, they take all your info, you ask 1 question and instantly the person will tell you they can't help and need to transfer you. So you get transferred, the next person asks the same "name, address, order#" questions, you ask a question and they can't help you either! So they transfer you again! This 3rd person still doesn't know who you are and needs to ask tons of questions before YOU CAN actually ask yours. Oh this person is competent... they discovered that the first person (AKA: customer support) was the correct department but they were too incompetent to help you the first time... BACK TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Different person, so they need your name, address, phone#, order #, your life story and what you had for breakfast. You tell them that tech support (or whatever department) said that CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS WRONG and THEY MUST HELP! FINALLY... some help... 30 minutes on the phone wasted.

But the worst, the absolute WORST THING about this company is their 0 communication when ordering products! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBPAGE! You will either:

1) Never get it. I read so many horror stories of people ordering a Laptop and getting it 2 MONTHS LATER!
2) They will just cancel your order cause the product is out of stock or discontinued. No email, no phone call, no NOTHING! You'll just wait and wait and wait. 2 weeks later, still didn't get anything so you log on their webpage and discover that your order isn't even listed anymore. So you call Dell... 30 minutes later (REPEAT THE ABOVE) and you find out they canceled your order because of... Credit Card complications and that SOMEONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BUT COULDN'T REACH ME! Well I checked my phone and I had 0 calls on the day they claimed they call me.

It was at that moment I hung up. I checked my Credit Card company and luckily nothing was charged. Then I sold my Dell G5 laptop to some guy on Craigs list... lost about $300, but I don't care! I bought an Asus Laptop instead!

Please boycott Dell. Just read the reviews! Their average score is so low and everyone despises them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
