I came across keen looking for online readings and thought this seems legit. I scheduled to chat with a woman for 10 minutes costing $4.99 per minute.
I don't even know where to start she completely ignored my question for 4 minutes before sending back "please ask a question" just to purposely rack up the time and get more money from me, I then sent it again and only had about 2 questions because it took so long initially I only had 4 minutes left. The information she gave me I already knew and found on YouTube for free many times! After the chat I was then charged $144 from keen without my consent out of my bank account for no reason at all and then another $7 (this is on top of the $54 from the initial reading...) I emailed and tried to call and the number on their website is disconnected. Don't waste your money or time!

Some advisors charge as little as $1.99 per minute. In any case, if you connected on a conversation for four minutes and did not receive a response, that is not okay!
