It was easy placing the order, but trying to connect with someone regarding my order, has not been easy.
I called FGT, and I was told to email and send pictures, which I did. It took a while before hearing from someone, but for some reason we’re not connecting. I replied, but then I received an email, saying they had not heard from me in awhile. One of the trees has a split down the center, and it will have to be replaced.
