Along with everyone else here, my phone does not, and has not ever worked. Also full memory because of the apps and ads they make me have on the phone, so I cannot receive messages and the system does not operate due to full memory. Just called them and they claim that since I was able to use the phone 41 minutes one month(out of the 1000 minutes i get) and use 100mb of data(ads or something because i have never used the internet or any type of data, it simply doesnt work) that that is proof that the phone works fine, even tho their troubleshooting clearly proved the phone does not work. When i asked to speak to a supervisor the guy put me on hold, same guy came back on and gave me a different name. I was irate, and asked to speak to someone else so i could file a complaint he told me there was no one else and hung up on me. Unbelievable.
