I booked two men and a van to move some very heavy furniture, but one of them was too unfit and lazy to carry it. I ended up helping the other chap carry it all myself.
Customer services have refused to refund me the extra I paid for two men, offering me an inadequate £40 goodwill gesture instead, which I refused. When I threatened to seek legal advice I was smugly told "you'll never manage to prove it", which just about sums up how much this company cares about their customers.
