Ticketnetwork.com is a scam. Do not use. I bought front row seats and they sent tickets for the last row. I immediately asked for a refund and they advised that they do not issue refunds. Thank God for American Express!

Hello Chris. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the tickets purchased. With reviewing your order, it would look as if you ordered a FLeX listing. FLeX Tickets are a more affordable option for those flexible about where they sit. Tickets may be anywhere within the area specified. In this case, the area requested was between the first and last row in the center orchestra (row AAA – BB). The order was fulfill with row W, which would be the 25th row out of 30. We are sorry that the seating was not a bit closer to the front. Please note that, it would look as if you have been speaking with your seller and not with us in regards to your disappointment. While we would be limited on our ability to resolve your issue, we may have a few options available to you. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.
