Generally Oldies are a good supplier and the service is great, and usually the prices are fair, where they fall down is that they will not take responsibility for the quality of the DVDs they sell. They maintain that they don't make them only sell them, but if you get a poor visual DVD then then you should have the right to return it for another title or a refund. It is up to OLDIES to make sure that are selling top quality goods and if they are not up to spec' then it should be noted in the sales description so that the customer is aware that it may be a poor quality copy. It is because of this fact that I am very selective now with what I purchase as I have been caught a couple of times. Obviously if the disc wont play at all or has any other fault they will replace it.
