My son has a Sony Experia phone. The phone is under warranty and needed to be sent in for repair. They told him 10-14 days to get back! (with no interrum phone to use). Are you kidding me? What? My son is at college 5 hours away and literally has no way to communicate except through facebook. Besides that, who can honestly live without their phone for 10-14 days. C'mon Sony. Get in the Now.
I called to let them know I would pay for expedited shipping so he could get this phone back quicker and nope, not an option. This is just their standard policy 10-14 days. Good grief. I asked to talk to a manager and nope they gave me an email address I could email too. Which by the way, I STILL have NEVER received a response. I even sent another one and still no response at all. Response time is 24-48 hrs. Or so they say. It's been 2 weeks. Pathetic. I told my son to call again and finally they said in 4-6 weeks they would issue him a check and now we've rerouted back to an Iphone.
Dumb on Sony's behalf, they have lost a customer who intended to keep using their product. Lost him for life on not just their mobile service, but everything else. And myself as well as our entire family and friends. Get it together Sony. I hope your ship sinks! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
