I am a veteran thrift store shopper, so I was thrilled to find this site that would act as another set of eyes on those unique clothes only thrift stores offer. How wrong I was.
The initial offer on line to sign up to receive a "goody box" was $10.00 to allegedly cover the cost of the box. But when I checked my credit card online, Thredup had not only paid themselves the $10., they also paid themselves an additional $50. For absolutely no reason.
I have sent THREE emails to these people in 3 weeks with no response. Then just yesterday a shirt arrived that I didn't even ask for.
I would stay very clear of this program.

Hi Cherie. Thank you for your review. Regarding Goody Box pricing, the initial deposit is $10.00, while the Goody Box page also notes items are starting at $20 per piece.
Once a Goody Box is received, your shipment includes an itemized list with prices for each item. You'll pay for any item you decide to keep.
