Our youth football team ordered Red Jerseys, but that isn't what we got. We were shipped a completely different color. When our team mom reached out to epic sports.com she was basicly told even though it was there error, she would need to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get them returned. That is absolutely ridiculous, why should the parents or the team mom have to pay more for a mistake that way made in the warehouse? Defiently not my idea of "White Glove " Customer service.
