“Best workout!”

I was looking for something that would keep me motivated and was also fun and this is exactly what that is. Also, kickboxing is a great stress relief! Instructors are so helpful with making sure you have proper form to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout. Joining iLoveKickboxing in Lafayette, LA is one of the best decisions I've ever made!
