“My package never made it - across town.”

At Christmas a week after ordering, I ck on this order and I'm told it's been st the post office for five days. No notice, no notifications. I have 4 post offices near me. So, on Christmas Eve, I'm hunting down this package with no help from Queen Bee
Of Beverly Hills. They charged
Me 16 dollars to send it regular mail. I will never use Tradesy again. I bought an 800 purse and this is the level of service?
