My biggest complaint is the poor quality photos. Often I order many different things to consolidate but the photos are so blurry or irrelevant (showing only Stackry's address) that I can't say what they are and I can't always guess from the weight. If I'm shipping internationally, I can't afford to make mistakes with what I'm declaring it as
I don't know what the 12$ extra payment is for. Instead of just charging me with the next shipment, this should be explained.

I passed along your comments to the receiving manager to make sure this matter is addressed and for ideas on how we can improve the process for our customers going forward.
