So I went into the Forever 21 Store in Birmingham today to collect an order and I was greeted with a dirty look by the staff at the till. She just handed me a piece of paper and said write the order number and name, which I did and just bluntly said ID. She was so rude to me it was unbelievable, my friend even looked at me thinking this woman is so rude. She didnt even thank me or give me the slightest bit of good customer service. I know now to have my orders delivered or I might even not shop there anymore.
