Worst experience ever with an exchange. Keeping funds hostage after providing requested documentation claiming a "technical issue" is preventing them from releasing funds held. Ongoing for weeks. Won't clarify what "technical issue" is. Just keeps saying to be patient. My advise: STAY AWAY. Trade elsewhere.
