Terrible and an utter waste of time and effort. I recently had an issue of withdrawal and found the majority of staff to be rude, unhelpful and would continuously lie about what was happening. I had banked with them since 2018 and was honestly shocked at how they handled the situation - there are so many other brokers who prioritize good customer experience, I can't think of a single reason to trade with them. I looked online and called "ＡｙｒＬＰ". They worked tirelessly to help me rebuild my credit. The communication and updates were amazing and i am now back on track.
