“STAY AWAY PLEASE!”

STAY AWAY PLEASE! We have been very unfortunate with this moving company. We don't move a lot and we are not sure if this is the case for every mover. But alliance van lines first started by taking your deposit, then raised the price because 'there were some items they missed in the quote'. There is nothing you can do, seriously.
Then when your items arrive, many items were damaged and missing. It took months to get through the claim, and by the end of it, they only covered not even 1% of the damange. I am really sorry that people are treated like this in Canada.
