They do not deliver, do not have phone support, and do not do refunds when they don't do the download.

Do not use this company! Could be scammers, not sure. Download does not work and they do not refund when it doesn’t nor do they have phone support or show up for email appointments.
This companies software would not install. I looked for a phone contact, there is no phone contact. I emailed their support and told them that I could not get it to install and to please refund me. I did all of this within the first 30 minutes of purchase. They refused to refund it and also never showed up for two appointments they set up. Do not use this company! They will steal your money, not help you or give you a refund.

Don’t use this company! They don’t have phone service in the customer service. They do have will not refund you or help you.
