One word: Atrocious! They have no common sense. Maybe, different culture?, I don't like how they treat their customers. And that's right, when I call them, I expect them to speak English. I like American based customer care. Their accent is annoying and they don't seem to understand about business codes. If you dispute any charges on your account, they will refer you to their collection agency. They need to be sued and will be sued for emotional distress. Not for me.
