These guys seriously have it figured out. Short shipping times, free returns, and free shipping over $50. Packages always look great. You end up paying a bit more shopping direct through them then you could with others but its worth it. I don't mind paying extra if the value is there

I placed a large order with them and received everything but one item. I waited for the item and woke up one day and had an email saying that my return was accepted. I never authorized a return so I thought this was odd. I asked what this was about and they told me the item was deemed undeliverable so I was refunded. I asked if there was anyway to get it still and I was told to reorder it and pay for the shipping. This made the item more expensive than I initially paid. They offered me a $10 credit which is just garbage as it doesn't cover the shipping. They list that they are all about customer service... But my experience was so bad I won't ever go back.
