Bad Bad Bad Experience and Unhappy Client...I bought a car and made the payment,webuycars on their side made a mistake and invoice my car on the wrong references number and said it had to be re invoice,Something that takes 5 minutes,They made me wait for 4Days From the Friday I purchased the car and had to wait until Monday 29th February it s 1:35 PM and I am still here at webuyscars waiting,I work in a invoice department and re-invoicing order is something that takes 5 minutes to do. IF it was a white person that would have been resolved then,Unacceptable! All that just because I'm a black woman who was all by herself and did not receive the same treatment everyone else received. It is about the color,The manager did not care that I missed who and that I was in trouble with my boss for spending hours while waiting on them with a lot of lies. Unhappy Client and I will spread the truth wherever I go about this bad experience. BUYING FROM WEBUYCARS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. AN ADVISE TREAT PEOPLE WELL IF NOT ONE DAY YOU WILL END UP LOSING ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. THE VALUE YOU GIVE TO THOSE WHO BUY EXPENSIVE CARS IS THE VALUE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD RECEIVE.
