I was asked by a neighbor if i could help with selling her husbands (He had just passed away) truck. I looked up a few web sites and decided to go with we buy cars. It was so easy that i got worried and had to recheck it out. It was all lajit and got just what i wanted. Very professional and fair. Would recommend to anyone Who does not want to go through the selling process and spend $$$ to try to get best deal. This is it.
Bad Bad Bad Experience and Unhappy Client...I bought a car and made the payment,webuycars on their side made a mistake and invoice my car on the wrong references number and said it had to be re invoice,Something that takes 5 minutes,They made me wait for 4Days From the Friday I purchased the car and had to wait until Monday 29th February it s 1:35 PM and I am still here at webuyscars waiting,I work in a invoice department and re-invoicing order is something that takes 5 minutes to do. IF it was a white person that would have been resolved then,Unacceptable! All that just because I'm a black woman who was all by herself and did not receive the same treatment everyone else received. It is about the color,The manager did not care that I missed who and that I was in trouble with my boss for spending hours while waiting on them with a lot of lies. Unhappy Client and I will spread the truth wherever I go about this bad experience. BUYING FROM WEBUYCARS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. AN ADVISE TREAT PEOPLE WELL IF NOT ONE DAY YOU WILL END UP LOSING ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. THE VALUE YOU GIVE TO THOSE WHO BUY EXPENSIVE CARS IS THE VALUE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD RECEIVE.

I was provided the best service ever by this amazing company. The staff I got as help was super informative. Extremely kind and polite. The service her provided was ammicable! Other employees also helped me, a very knowledgable bunch they are. Made the trascation of selling my car much easier!
