I ordered shoes on December 31St, it's now 17 days later and I still don't have the shoes. After five phone calls they offered me a $10 off my $150 order!. But they still don't have the shoes. I was told I would receive the shoes in 3 to 5 days when I originally purchased every call I have made to them they will say they are going to expedite the shipping and send it overnight. I received no communication and no shoes. Now they told me I have to go back to the store to receive my refund, 17 days later. This is the worst company to deal with. Absolutely horrible. No communication was ever received, even though they told me every time they would let me know by the following day what the status of my order is. This has been a huge inconvenience.

Tip for consumers:
The only thing the customer service says is, I’m sorry. I’m sorry is not going to fix their horrible customer service.
