“This ONTRAC delivery female BEYOND Unprofessional”

I told her nicely to move the vehicle which was blocking our driveway. She then went off cussing out directed towards me and started harrassing me by blasting the worse music I ever heard and staying a while so all the neighbors can see her again blocking our driveway. She got very discontent that she had to move her vehicle hence the cussing. Is this what ONTRAC finds acceptable behavior? ONTRAC drivers have thrown packages several feet away so they can save time?
