I purchased a child's vanity set on May 18,2021. I also paid an additional $7.80 for 2 day expedited shipping. It's been 12 days. Item not delivered. I've called, used EAG chat, emailed, and tried all possible ways to contact Customer Service. Absolutely no response. Phone rings once and says it's busy. Impossible to reach EAG for a status or to cancel the order. Will not have a birthday gift for granddaughter. Do not use this company. I don't believe they ever had vanity in stock to sell. At this point, I just want to cancel and move on to a respectable company.
