They take your credit card info and they don't fill the order and can't get a hold of them. The email address is fake. I'm so angry because I ordered the one thing my daughter really wanted for her birthday.

I placed an order and waiting 10 days but did not get my purchase or any communication. When I contacted them they told me my card was declined and they would return my payment in 10 days. How do you return payment if payment is declined? They did not have an answer, they deferred to their payment processing vendor. I asked why I didn't get an email that the payment was declined and they said the system has some errors they are working on. Beware, it looks scammy.

SCAM ALERT! I made two orders neither was fulfilled. Also paid extra for two day business shipping. Never received confirmation email. Luckily I took a screenshot of the confirmation receipt. What's worse is that I was in desperate need of a certain type of diaper for my daughter and when they never arrived I contacted customer service via chat. This is when I was told "my card was denied but not to worry because my money would eventually be refunded after 10 days" I responded " if my card was denied then why was the money taken out of my account" to which they replied "don't worry you will get your money" Totally unprofessional scam do not waste your time!

I purchased a child's vanity set on May 18,2021. I also paid an additional $7.80 for 2 day expedited shipping. It's been 12 days. Item not delivered. I've called, used EAG chat, emailed, and tried all possible ways to contact Customer Service. Absolutely no response. Phone rings once and says it's busy. Impossible to reach EAG for a status or to cancel the order. Will not have a birthday gift for granddaughter. Do not use this company. I don't believe they ever had vanity in stock to sell. At this point, I just want to cancel and move on to a respectable company.

Tried to purchase a birthday gift for my dad through this website. These $#*! stains stole my credit card info and wracked up over a $1000 of fraudulent charges! DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEM, they are a scam and should be permanently shut down!

JUST HAD AN ATTEMPTED CHARGE OF $1113. 00 IN CORAL GABLES FL, WHERE THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSEDLY LOCATED. GOOGLE EARTH THE ADDRESS - ITS A SMALL HOUSE. I attempted to order from them earlier this week, they took and confirmed the order using my debit card, then the next day the amount was credited back claiming that their bank declined the card. Numerous attempts to communicate with them with no response.

This is 100% a scam website. They will take your money for the "product" you purchase and send nothing; then use your card days later for a bigger purchase. 100% a scam. Buyer Be Aware!

I was looking for a gift for my grandson. I placed on order, received an email confirming my order, but I never received a tracking number. I had used my Capitol One credit card. I never received what I had ordered. I could never get anyone on the phone. Then I receive notices from Capitol One, someone had attempted to charge almost $400.00 to my card for CJ Pony Parts. They also attempted to charge something on my credit card through Priceline. Avoid them... it is a scam.

I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago, noticed that my payment was STILL processing. I received word from my bank that someone was attempting to use my card in 2 different states for $. 01. I have read other reviews and they say the same thing. This place is trash and a scam! DO NOT USE!

Eagsale attempted multiple charges to my credit card starting with $3500. Luckily capital one caught it but I can say with 100% certainty they are scammers.

Three days after ordering a product and having multiple conversations with on- line chat my order is still listed as pending, based on the EAG payment departments non approval of my Amex card. Amex can do nothing to rectify. I will update this review if things change but in the meantime cannot recommend them at all!

I placed and order April 23,2021 and after the original email of the receipt i have not heard anything further about the shipment of the package. I has been over a month and no shipment status. I tried calling but could not get through. I tried the on line chat and no one would answer. Now i am waiting a reply by email although i do not expect to much from this company.

Company charged me for order, says payment was declines and will refund me within 10 business days.
If payment was declined, how was it charged.
They never contacted me to say they were not shipping.

Didnt get what purchased off page and paid 2 day shipping waste time and money would recommend against buying from eagsales. No response when reached out to them as well

Tried to order something from them and got a big run around. Can't get in touch with anyone. I ended up just canceling my order.

They stole my credit card information. I never got a confirmation email for a play set I bought for my child. A few days later there are fraudulent charges in my account including one for $1700! Do not buy on this site! These people are criminals

HORRIBLE! Placed an order Saturday first thing in the morning, paid extra for two day ship. I received an order number on their website but got no email or other communication. On Tuesday I followed up, sent an email, and tried to chat on their page. On Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything, so I tried calling, went straight to voicemail. Went back to their website- and there was a message that my payment was "denied" (its an American Express with $100k limit, and zero due), the $500 charge is still showing up on my card, and the rep says it should be "refunded" in 10 days... if the card was declined why would I be waiting 10 days for refund? And I don't want a refund, I want my order! And maybe some COMMUNICATION.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Not sure if its a scam, or if they sold me something they don't have in stock... but I would shop somewhere else!

UPDATE: THEY not only screwed me on the order- they stole my credit card information!

I tried to figure things out with the online chat after I felt like I got SCAMMED and the only message I ever got was "order number please?"

I literally sent at least a. Dozen messages to them asking for answers or some sort of help and NOTHING.

Also their phone number will ALWAYS go to voicemail proving it's a scam.

You dont wanna take a risk. They SUCK!

PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

Also you can't take pics of their online chats for "security reasons" but I know its cus they're scamming people and dont want people taking pics of their chats that will only make them look worse since they're clearly scamming people

My own experience with this company has always been good. The quality of the products I purchased is excellent, I never had to return anything.
