I paid $127US for a jacket that was delivered in poor condition, badly made, and the wrong size. A complete rip off. They claim to be based in the USA, but it is a Chinese owned rip off. Customer service based in China ignore emails, and when they finally respond it's a "cut n paste" response suggesting you "donate" the faulty item (at your cost) and then repurchase at your expense. They'll only reply if you raise a dispute through PayPal. AVOID THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from them. They are con artists masquerading as a US company. In reality they are based in China, supplying inferior product. Appalling customer service. No return policy. Refusal to assist with refund or return.
