I was very pleased with the hat I found on their website it was classy and unique.
I wanted earlier than the month it would take with regular shipping so I paid for expedited shipping.
I got an email from UPS saying that it was being shipped to my former address. I looked and then I looked again and I had given the correct address but it seemed as though UPS had somehow changed the address and I had to pay them an additional 28.00 to send it to the correct address. When I reached out to radial (the company they use for shipping) their site said contact JJ House directly and when I contacted them they did not take responsibility for providing UPS with the wrong shipping details.
I don't care how cute the item I will NEVER EVER order from these people again. I paid almost $60 for shipping alone.
