This has been a horrible experience buying wheels. I initially purchased the American force direct bolt alcoas. After not hearing nothing on a shipping date I inquired as to when they would ship. I was told they have no clue and could not give an answer they don't know when they would receive a shipment from India. Keep in mind they have had my payment of $2,300 for 2 weeks now... I said well do you have something comparable in stock. They recommended the northstar brand. I went with those. They shipped those I took them to be mounted, rim shop calls me saying they sent the wrong center caps, they sent the caps for a dodge with f 350 wheels. They sent out another set, these did not fit either. I said you know what forget the spikes, let's just go OEM, I'm sure they can't mess this up. WRONG! They sent the OEM covers, but they sent the front 2 without the hardware that secures to the lugs. Needless to say they flew off my truck within an hour of being installed. Fed up. I go to Ford to purchase the front covers $225, and ask for truck wheels to refund the cost. They refunded $60 stating that is what theirs cost. They F'd up 4 times and I still get screwed.
