“Never ever shipped my items that I ordered. Customer service will not let me talk to a manager”

Ordered a coat with promises delivery by Christmas. A label was created but never shipped. They tried to blame it on UPS but that is a lie. Will not refund or resend. Will not allow me to talk to a manger.
