I ordered something with the PROMISED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS on Dec. 2.3 days before Christmas they send a message that it will not be there in time. I sent an email to customer service demanding an explanation and they not only didn't respond, but they cancelled my order. What a joke. When I called Customer service the guy read off of his little b. S. customer service card " I understand your frustration ma'am, but there is nothing that can be done." WOW! For a large Company, they sure are unorganized and unprofessional. I would give them a big zero review but they are only letting me pick from 1-5
