First of all, Hot Pads needs to do background checks and property reports before they let a landlord or owner list on their website. And the owner refuses to fix it. It will make you very sick. The heating and air does not work properly it has Not been totally renovated like the owner says. It's been upgraded don't let her fool you! I lived there for a year I know, and the backyard is full of copperheads there are code violations which have not been corrected. Gwinnett County cited the owner she has not completed the list of code violations. The laundry room floods the crawl space floods into the carport from runoff from the house next door the railings are loose on the entire back deck. And she is a total horrible landlord she enters the property without permission there's six police reports on the owner of this property the owner put it back on the market. Beware of this property. This property is a hazard and dangerous.
