The photo of the lights on the was much different than what I received. The photo was a salmon pink instead of red. Even plugged in they did not resemble the photo AT ALL. I emailed photos and called customer service for help. I was told that I had to pay for shipping. I'm returning them, but was surprised by the lack of empathy and reasonableness. Instead now I am forced to buy something else to get a return label.

Reason I chose this business:

To buy lights for a Valentine’s Day display.
