Kian responded in under 24 hours to my request for a fairly archaic piece of documentation I needed to ship an Andis trimmer battery. I used the "Contact us" portal on Andis.com
Every time I edit my order you reset my shipping method to Express (which I avoided because it's expensive) and re-select the Add Insurance option (which I deselected because it's expensive). Stop programing your site to milk me dry for assuming you respect my buying choices.
