Support failed and the bed sagged terribly. I contacted helix many times. I finally got a response (generic). Send it back they will review. If they find it flawed they will give you a credit this process may take up to 3 weeks after they receive the bed back. No mention how to mail it back. What do you sleep on while they review the mattress.
