I purchased a "unlock" code for my Apple iPhone 11 pro max (which was by the way paid off). I paid and after 2 days received a response that the "unlocking" of my phone could not be completed. It has been almost 10 days. No refund as stated in their refund email. I made contact with someone via email and he / she attempted to "Advise" me of financial institutions as well as contractual agreements. All I want is my money. I feel cheated.
Not exactly how it happened Carmine
1: Payment was made 9pm 11/20 for iPhone 11 unlock - Time Frame 1-72 hours
2: at 8 am 11/22, email was sent of refund due to still being under contract - at which time we stated would take 4-8 BANKING DAYS to reflect back on your account
3: Phone is under contract you can get the unlock from the locked carrier if there wasnt something owed on the account
4: Today is 11/30 - Has been 8 Calendar days, and 5 BANKING DAYS DUE TO THANKSGIVING, Still up to 3 more days until it reflects back on your account. AND YET YOU THREATENED A CHARGEBACK TODAY
5: You threatened a chargeback because you are saying it should not take that long to get a refund, i agree but i can only refund as fast as the credit card merchant account will allow; which is 4-8 BANKING DAYS please wait the time frame stated.
