I went there for an eye check up on January 2nd, the doctor, was a young male and it was extremely rude and rushing patients, I told him he need to take it easy because none eye exam can be done in a rush, he said he had many patients after me, I said it was not my fault and if he doesn't have time he shouldn't book so many patients, I ordered 2 pair of progressive eyeglasses, one transition and the other polarized, it was 535 dollars, after 2 weeks only 1pair was ready, I went to picked them up and after a week returned them because they were very uncomfortable, another doctor did a recheck and it was an error in the previous measurement, plus an error from the lab, another 2 weeks more for my glasses, on top of that the other pair was never ready. After the proper time they call me to pick up the new glasses, and the old ones, the new and corrected were perfect, the other ones were wrongly cut, they did the right measurement for the left eye and the left measurement for the right eye, completely mistaken, at this point the manager took care of me, she was very polite and treat me with consideration, a very long story short, I just call today March 18 and glasses aren't ready yet, after the last visit on February 21st, they said on the phone they sent the glasses back for a re make on March 9, at this point I really don't know what to do, just go somewhere else, too expensive and is not worth it, almost 3 month for some glasses, like a 3rd world country
