Since purchasing this POS system, we have made numerous attempts to utilize this system but the "chat" is fairly non-existent and customer service is limited by whatever script the person answering has in their possession. We were told this system would be successful in our retail/clinic setting, however, it has not lived up to the hype and promises made by its representatives. For simple processing of sales, it's fine but other than that, apps are required and even upon purchase, the apps don't work and are elementary at best. NOT the most sophisticated system out there.
