Just made an order last week, did not know who to really contact, extra money was taken from my visa card. Talked to the merchant told her about my situation, she would not let me finish what i was saying, very rudely she says that they cannot do anything about the issue and that i had to contact my bank. By the time i was about to respond she was getting ready to hang up. My reply was ok. I do not think i will giving me my service anymore, i have been with them for years, some of my kin ppl does too, and i told them about the experience i have had with customer service. That tells me that they all about the money screw the customers.
