Received the halo hair extensions in "honey beach highlights" from Zala. They were VERY fake & had an unnatural orange shade of blonde. I emailed them the same day concerning a return label. It took them 6 days to respond. I, then, was able to attach a return label and mail them back in original packaging on April 16th. Today, another six days later, I recieved an email saying they will not be issuing me an exchange because the "warranty seal" was broken. I know for a fact it was not, because I took one look at them and back in their packaging they went. They are unethical and dishonest. Not to mention, a monkey could provide better customer service. I have issued a chargeback against them with my bank. I expect a full refund and will never again purchase hair extensions from this company. The hair is such poor quality not even they want it back.

The entire process after they take your money is horrific. There will be a confirmation email sent three days later with an tracking number that does not work, or is never updated. The package takes forever to arrive. By the time it was on my doorstep, they sent everything in the wrong size. I logged in to double check my order, and everything was correct on my end. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer a solution nor an apology. They were rude and told ME to order the correct size next time. Huh? Learn from my mistakes! Do not waste your money. There's too many reputable online retailers to deal with an company so clearly mismanaged, incompetent. Ironically, the clothes are so poorly made I wouldn't have worn them anyway. Pictures and paid blogger endorsements truly are decieving.
