I had received the necklaces I ordered in the mail and when I went to open the box I discovered that both necklaces were completely tangled in numerous numerous knots. I spent over one hour untangling the necklaces. I even phoned jeweller to ask what they could do. All they said was to send the necklace is back. These are Christmas gifts I had no time to send them back. The agent was only helpful in that an email was sent with in instructions on how to return the necklaces. The agent was not sympathetic to my problem but only said that it happened during delivery. This is impossible. In the end I had spent time untangling the necklaces. But jeweller was not helpful in sending new necklaces and helping me out. There was no time to send the necklace is back, as I had said previously. Something else could've been done to help this. And I believe the agent should have trusted what I said and not make up some excuse as to why it happened.
