Ilovekickboxing is a great "cardio" workout place. But if you don't want to waste $499, don't sign up for the 6 week challenge. It's a great idea, however, not all bodies are the same. Their nutrition is generalized, it's not customized to your weight and height. They have a very restrictive diet and instead of my body shedding off fat, it slowed my metabolism and i lost muscle mass. Yes, I lost weight but it was through basically starving myself. I was eating approximately 500 calories. This is not healthy. I had brain fog and was dizzy. Besides that, not everything that is "healthy" is good for your gut. I was bloated most of the time in the 6 week challenge. After the 6 week challenge was complete, it was so hard for my body to adjust back to normal balanced eating because you deprived your body. If you really want something customized to your body give that money to a real nutritionist professional. Not only that but this 6 week challenge was advertised as "free" until you go in and they brain wash you to think anybody can lose the 6% or pounds they say and you'll get your money back. Remember every body type is different. And in addition they use a in-scan scale which is not accurate. If you really want to know how much fat you have go to a gym and get measured. Gyms measure your waist, your biceps, your thighs, etc to get the amount of fat.
In conclusion, just think about it for a day before committing.
