Inefficient company from initial order (2 months to arrive), to customer service support (slow and sometimes lack of response) to shipping/distribution (poor packing of brakable items), to replacement product due to broken parts (twice), to finally giving up and asking for a refund (good luck, they want to keep your money!)
Tip for consumers:
Just avoid and order elsewhere even if prices may be a little more. Save yourself the hassle and headaches.
