It's been wonderful. I don't know where I can even start. I just know that I've been with this agency for a several years and I've enjoyed the experience immensely from the very beginning. Once I came to Cebu, the staff, everybody that worked in the office, Jim and everybody, did such a wonderful job.

I have called the pharmacy 3 times, and they put you on hold and keep you on hold for up to 15 minutes, and then it hangs up. I went to the store and call them to see if they would answer the phone, what I witness is one person pick up the phone and put on hold. At the time there are no customers at the pharmacy six employees just walking around putting items up and nobody picked up the phone to take a call, this goes on for 15 minutes, and then it hangs up.
