Thanks for your balanced feedback. It is disappointing to hear you have to chase up some cashback - I presume you are meaning through a claim.
If this is the case, I'd encourage you if you're not already to try some of our tracking tips which include clearing cookies and cache before using our site, closing any open web tabs and enabling cookies. This all helps us to be seen as eligible for the cashback.
